project workplan

We have designed our work plan to arrive at a logical implementation structure to enable the fulfillment of the project objectives. This structure consists of five comprehensive and inter-related Work Packages, each broken down into manageable tasks with key outputs as deliverables, as well as major milestones plotted along the workplan for mapping out the project Critical Path and providing key checkpoints for facilitating effective project monitoring and tracking.
